Delivery Policy

Delivery Service Instructions (General Conditions)
Free Local Delivery
For each order, if the total shopping amount reaches a specified amount in HKD before applying any promotional code (if applicable) (details as shown in the shopping cart), you can enjoy free local delivery via SF Express (each order is limited to one delivery location).

If the total shopping amount does not reach the specified amount before applying any promotional code (details as shown in the shopping cart), a delivery service fee (SF Express freight collect) will be charged.

Order Processing Time
Under normal circumstances, we will ship orders within 3-6 working days after receiving payment (excluding orders and pre-orders). If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, or items with different arrival times, a representative will contact the customer to discuss how to proceed – either ship once all items have arrived or ship in-stock items first and pre-order items later.

Conditions Not Applicable for First Online Purchase Discount
Products marked as not including shipping costs are not applicable for the first online purchase discount.
Orders placed by the same customer on behalf of a new customer.
Orders containing both general products and products marked as not including shipping costs in a single order.
The promotion is limited to Hong Kong only (excluding residential/remote areas).
Important Notes
Please ensure all recipient information is accurate, including name, address, and contact phone number. The company will not refund or follow up on orders lost or delayed due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
The above terms are established to protect the rights of both consumers and the company, and are only applicable under general conditions. For any special circumstances causing confusion, please contact our staff for inquiries, and the company will handle it at its discretion.
If the company makes a mistake resulting in the loss of goods (e.g., staff inputting incorrect recipient information), the company will fully compensate the customer for the goods and shipping costs.

Hong Kong: Local Postal Service
Hong Kong: MTR Station Pickup and Face-to-Face Exchange – Customers need to discuss with our store before deciding.
Hong Kong/Macau: SF Express Delivery Service (SF Store Pickup/Convenience Store Pickup/Others)
EMS: Applicable for orders delivered to Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, South Korea, Japan, Australia, and the USA.
e-Express: Only applicable for the USA, Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Russia.
General Shipping Time and Cut-off Times
General Shipping Time: Monday to Friday

Orders will be shipped within 3-6 working days (if stock is sufficient), otherwise, pre-order items will be discussed separately.

Express Delivery Service
If standard delivery service does not meet urgent needs, you can discuss face-to-face pickup (as soon as the next working day).
Only applicable for orders under 5kg.
Not applicable on public holidays, in Macau, or in other countries.
Special Delivery Arrangements
For any special delivery needs, please specify in the "Order Notes" section on the "Submit Order Page". Dan Beauty Service will call you to make detailed arrangements and discuss feasibility.
If there are any changes to the delivery address or time slot after placing the order, please notify us immediately for arrangements.
Special Arrangements Due to Severe Weather
If typhoon signal, red or black rainstorm warning is in effect, or we judge the weather to be unsafe for delivery, the delivery service will be postponed. The company will contact you to reschedule the delivery date.

General Matters
The company reserves the right to modify the above terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the company's decision will be final.
The company accepts payments via HSBC Payme, VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, Alipay (HK), WeChat Pay, and cash on delivery (face-to-face only). All orders will be settled in HKD (other currencies are negotiable).
If necessary, we will charge a plastic shopping bag fee of $0.5 per bag as required by Hong Kong law.
Other Matters
Note: All orders require prepayment of shipping costs. Please contact the company to inquire about the prepayment, or customers can check with the courier company directly. The company will do its best to inspect and ensure the goods are intact before shipment. If the goods are damaged during the logistics company's transport, please seek compensation from the logistics company. Check for damages before signing for the goods. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Overseas customers wishing to cancel an order should contact the company. Once goods are shipped, all paid shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customs and Taxes
If goods are shipped to countries outside Hong Kong, you will be considered the importer and may need to pay additional fees, taxes, or register/apply for import permits for the goods at the destination country. These charges and document applications are subject to the laws of the destination country and are beyond the control of Dan Beauty Eshop. Dan Beauty Eshop will not be liable for these charges or document applications. If you have any questions about import duties and laws in your country, please contact the local customs.

By clicking "Continue" to complete the ordering process, you agree to be responsible for all additional fees, taxes, or import document applications for the ordered goods. If the goods are returned due to your failure to fulfill this responsibility, Dan Beauty Eshop will charge 30% of the total goods amount to cover the shipping loss.

We recommend using Dan Beauty Eshop's designated courier company to protect the sender's rights. By choosing Dan Beauty Eshop's designated courier company, you accept and fully agree to the courier company handling all shipping matters. Dan Beauty Eshop will not be liable for any legal responsibilities regarding the courier company's shipping process and terms. Customers can choose and arrange non-Dan Beauty Eshop designated courier companies for shipping orders. For details, please contact our customer service department.

Other Details
A. Customers choosing mail or delivery service should provide accurate recipient information, including name, address, and contact phone number. The company will not be responsible for any loss or delays due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
B. In normal circumstances (excluding typhoons, rainstorms, etc.), we will hand over the goods to the postal service / SF Express for delivery within two working days.
C. For any other delivery requirements, please contact our staff, and we will handle it according to the customer's request.
D. Regardless of the delivery method (except for self-pickup), the entire delivery process will generally be completed within 2-5 working days unless affected by typhoons, storms, or other force majeure.
E. The company's responsibility is to correctly hand over the goods to the postal service / SF Express according to the customer's provided delivery information. The company is not responsible for any delays or failures caused by the postal service or SF Express.
F. Customers must follow the postal service / SF Express's methods and terms for receiving goods. The company is not responsible for any loss caused by the postal service / SF Express's delivery methods and terms.
