Return Policy

Return and Exchange Policy
Dan Beauty Mall is committed to providing a pleasant online shopping experience with professional and careful service. Orders are thoroughly reviewed before shipment to ensure product quality. However, the long-distance shipping journey may cause spills, deterioration, or damage to the products. When you receive your ordered items, we recommend checking them immediately. If you find any damage upon receipt and the items qualify as "returnable and exchangeable," you must initiate the return or exchange within 7 working days (including the receipt date) and follow the "Product Return Procedure" to return the products. Dan Beauty Mall reserves the right to cancel the return or exchange if the items are not received within 7 working days (including the receipt date).

You have a 7-day appreciation period (including holidays) from the time the products arrive. If you need to return an item, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product and provide the following information: "Name," "Order Number," "Contact Phone Number," "Name of the Return Item," "Reason for Return with Photos." Customer service will assist you with the return or exchange process upon receiving your request.

Returnable and Exchangeable Items
Received items do not match the ordered items (completely different products – excluding packaging changes).
Received items are damaged, defective, or have quality issues such as leakage.
Non-Returnable Products
The following situations or products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange services:

The product receipt period exceeds 7 working days (including the receipt date).
Missing original packaging, product labels, or contents (returns must include all accessories and packaging as received).
The product has been opened or used (excluding deterioration).
Products damaged or defective due to personal reasons.
Products not in their original packaging, damaged, or incomplete.
Products marked as non-returnable.
Any free gifts and trial samples.
Malicious or excessive returns.
Products that have been attempted to be repaired by the customer or others.
Products known to be defective before purchase.
Customized products made to customer specifications, not pre-made.
Note:

Each order is allowed one exchange service.
For returnable items that are damaged, you can choose an exchange, but it is limited to the same product and not applicable for different products.
For "selectable or combination (set) products," the entire set must be returned; individual item returns are not accepted.
Product Return Procedure
If you find the product damaged or inconsistent upon receipt, contact Dan Beauty Eshop within 7 working days starting from the receipt date. The procedure is as follows:

Step 1. Contact Our Customer Service Department

Email enquiry@danbeautyeshop.com or WhatsApp (6142-9699) our customer service with the following information:

Customer Name
Phone Number
Order Number
Purchase Date
Reason for Return
Photos of the damaged/defective items
Name and quantity of the items to be returned
Step 2. Package the Items to be Returned

Follow the customer service instructions to properly package the items to be returned per Dan Beauty Mall's directions:

Original packaging box
Damaged items
Product labels
Instruction manuals (if any)
Related gifts
All accessories
Step 3. Confirm the Return

Once the items are received, our customer service will inspect the items to ensure they meet the return policy requirements. If approved, we will send you a new or correct item for replacement, and the shipping cost will be covered by us.

Return Shipping Cost
If the items meet the "Return and Exchange Policy" conditions, and are returned via SF Express Service Center or SF Station, the shipping cost will be borne by Dan Beauty Eshop. If returned by other means, the shipping cost should be borne by the customer.

Refund Policy
Please note that we must inspect and verify the returned items before processing a return or refund. If the items do not meet our return conditions, all returns will be rejected. Dan Beauty Eshop will return items that do not meet the return conditions via "SF Station / Service Center Collect," and the customer will bear the shipping cost.

If the items are confirmed to be damaged, we will provide a new item for replacement as much as possible. If we cannot provide the same model, the refund amount will be returned to the user's Dan Beauty Eshop account / provided bank account in the form of online store credit (based on the price confirmed on the order date).

In case of any disputes, Dan Beauty Mall reserves the right of final decision.
